The position is based at the Site Offices in RLIC, Qatar. Requires daily working at Ras Laffan site office (approximately 1 hour from Doha) to support Construction activities.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor Degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an Oil & gas industry having broad knowledge of Cybersecurity engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, design, construction and operations.
Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with specific expertise in OT/ICS security, switch/Firewall configuration, domain policies etc.
In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA systems, DCS systems, IPS systems, PLC, and other OT technologies and communication protocols.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as the ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and IEC/ISA 62443.
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), MCSA, CCNA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires strong leadership to drive the contractor to efficiently execute the Cybersecurity scope of work for ICSS and all vendor packages

* Leads OT Cybersecurity engineering, construction & commissioning activities
* Accountable for a quality design of CYBERSECURITY engineering deliverables, including design safety aspects and execution planning of CYBERSECURITY field activities
* Review Design and deploy security controls and technologies to safeguard OT assets, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools for ICSS and package vendor systems
* Collaborate with OPCO ICS teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
* Owner of Site CYBERSECURITY management plan. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
* Stay up to date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in OT cybersecurity and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
* There are brownfield elements to this scope which will require interfacing and alignment with OPCO to tie-in into existing systems.
