Duration: April 1, 2025 – February 27, 2026
Location: Port of Coeymans, NY - Local talent only (No expenses covered)
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication of electrical systems on turbine foundations. The role involves supervising contractors to ensure timely fabrication and assembly while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication of electrical systems on turbine foundations. The role involves supervising contractors to ensure timely fabrication and assembly while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the fabrication of electrical systems, including LV systems, earthing systems, array cable support, measurements, and SCADA/radio systems.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and maintenance of issued equipment and components.
- Oversee commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
- Provide support to the Fabrication Manager and ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with HSE guidelines and local procedures.
- Manage interfaces between contractors, subcontractors, and QA/QC representatives.
- Use Digital Inspection Tools (DIT) to conduct inspections and documentation.
- Oversee the installation and inspection of electrical components such as switchgear and electrical panels.
- Review and approve electrical test certifications, conduct inspections, and manage punch lists before project completion.
- Ensure all relevant documentation, including test documents, delivery notes, and inspection reports, are reviewed and properly recorded.
- Provide input for progress reports and project updates.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Electrical Fabrication Supervisor.
- Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
- Site experience in fabrication yards, pre-assembly, or construction sites.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with wind turbines is not mandatory.
- Ability to work at heights between 10 - 30 feet.
- Physically fit – role requires significant walking (10,000+ steps/day) and ladder climbing.
