Job description

**HSE Engineer - Contract Position in Paris, France**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Engineer to join our client's project team based in Paris.
This project is at FEED Stage.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of contractors' HSE procedures
- Develop COMPANY's specific health, safety and security management systems
- Supervise risk assessments by contractors ensuring effective mitigation strategies
- Facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing workplace safety culture
- Participate actively in compliance audits throughout various stages

**Qualifications & Experience Required:**
The ideal candidate will possess:
* An engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory due to the international working context.
* Substantial experience with over 8 years preferred; specifically between 10 -15 years directly related to similar positions within this industry segment.

Relevant Skills Explained:
* **Risk Management:** You'll be expected to oversee that all potential hazards have been identified effectively across operations-mitigating risks through strategic planning remains key here.

* **Compliance Auditing:** Your participation will extend into preparing audit protocols as well as conducting thorough evaluations both internally among CONTRACTOR personnel facilities but also externally where necessary requirements meet or exceed expectations set forth by regulations/companies alike

* **Training Development**: Drawing from your expertise-you'll design impactful education sessions which aim not only inform but embed lasting awareness regarding essential preventive measures amongst teams involved
