MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- B-Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar field.
- With minimum 10 years of experience and with at least 5 years broad experience in Leading Lessons learned processes for Brownfield and Shutdown activities of major projects on EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors within Oil and Gas industry.
- Knowledge and experience Project Lessons Learned principles, philosophies, strong relationship management, negotiating and influencing skills. Communicate and interact Operations and PMTs confidently.
- Good English communication (speaking, writing, reporting).
- Good command in MS Office and software technical systems tools.
