Marshalling & Logistics Lead – Offshore Wind Projects
📍 Location: Paris, France (with travel across Europe)
📅 Duration: 12 months (renewable)
🏢 Status: Residential

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced **Marshalling & Logistics Lead** to support Germany’s Offshore Wind Projects. This role involves managing logistics and marshalling operations for offshore wind components, including **substructures, foundations, cables, and turbine equipment** from fabrication sites to installation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define logistics scope, strategy, and execution plans.
✅ Oversee logistics from manufacturing plants to installation sites.
✅ Select, prepare, and manage marshalling ports and yards.
✅ Lead tenders, negotiations, and contracts for logistics services.
✅ Develop and optimise yard layouts, storage, and vessel movements.
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE policies, risk assessments, and safety audits.
✅ Manage customs, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Coordinate lifting, handling, and transport operations.
✅ Collaborate with contractors, port authorities, and stakeholders.
Your Profile
Degree: Engineering, Marine Logistics, or equivalent experience (10+ years).
Expertise: Offshore wind logistics, port operations, and marine coordination.
Experience: International tenders, contractor management, and HSE compliance.
Technical Skills: Logistics software, Microsoft Office, and lifting operations.
Languages: English (mandatory), German (preferred).
Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
