Role: Nuclear Radiological Environmental Advisor

Contract Length: 18 months

Location: Romney Marsh (4 days onsite, 9.25 hours, Monday-Thursday)

IR35: Inside

Client qualify for GIS: Yes (Disability Confident Scheme)

As a Nuclear Radiological Environmental Advisor your main responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare, advise, and comply with documentation to meet environ-mental requirements at the site.
  • Provide authoritative advice on environmental and waste matters.
  • Ensure compliance with the Environmental Permitting Regulations through application of BAT and undertaking statutory returns to the Environment Agency

You'll have relevant experience in:

  • Experience in nuclear industry or similar
  • Compliance with EPR for radioactive discharges
  • Experience in nuclear decommissioning projects

Desirable Skills

  • Radioactive Waste Advisor (RWA)
  • Educated to NQF level 6 / NVQ Level 6 (or relative experience)
