Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Spencer Road - FM 529
Approx. 8-4:30 M-F

Location: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract 6+ months



Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional receptionist with 2-3 years of clerical experience to support our fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in large volume settings and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management: Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Communication: Utilize MS Teams to communicate with staff.
Clerical Duties: Sort and distribute incoming mail, perform word processing tasks, and manage office supplies.
Office Maintenance: Maintain the copy machine and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies.
Additional Tasks: Assist with other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of clerical or receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Education: High school diploma or GED is essential.

Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Private office experience is a plus.

Interview Process:
One round of onsite interviews (1 hour).

Work Environment:
Office setting, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Training includes standard safety training and on-the-job guidance.

Additional Information:
Full-time position with potential for extension or conversion to permanent based on performance.
Standard background checks will be conducted.
