Job description
Structure Integration Lead is required 3 days a week in Lonon (outside of IR35) with 2 days WFH – 12 months +

Outside of IR35 in Wind with an operator
Offshore wind project.
- Coordinate, steer and verify the design works of primary structures
- Ensure and verify correct integration of site-specific soil data into foundation design and provide relevant soil information to T&I work package
- Coordinate and oversee the load iteration process to obtain overall cost-effective foundation and turbine design of primary structure in alignment with the overall project time schedule
- Ensure coherent input is provided to all relevant parties involved in the design and certification process of the primary structures in alignment with the work packages
- Interact with work package engineering disciplines to holistically drive transversal engineering decisions and coordinate efficiently inputs from / outputs for the work packages
Background required.
- degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong focus on offshore steel structures i.e. foundation and tower design
- Extensive experience as a design or engineering manager/lead engineer within offshore wind projects
- ability to apply structural engineering principles, design standards, and knowledge of the fabrication/construction process to create efficient and cost-effective designs.
