Orion PartnerPlus is excited to have been retained by a global leader in non-woven technology solutions who are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader, Application Technology and Development based in Central Germany.

This is a rare opportunity to advance your career in a leadrship role and work with a talented team of R&D scientists. As the successful candidate, you will have a strong technical background and expertise in non-woven technologies, specifically (air-laid, spunlaid, carding), and will be responsible for implementing a project management culture across the department and wider business.

You will collaborate with customers and the sales function to develop innovative products and manage an existing pipeline. We are looking for a strong communicator and leader who can motivate the team while contributing to their ongoing development.
