Transport and Installation Engineer – Offshore Wind Projects
📍 Location: Paris, France (with travel across Europe)
📅 Duration: 12 months (renewable)
🏢 Status: Residential
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced **T&I Engineer** to support an Offshore Wind Projects: working within the Foundation and T&I Package, you’ll play a key role in **engineering, tendering, and execution preparation** for offshore transportation and installation (T&I) activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement contractual strategies for T&I operations (foundations, turbines, cables).
✅ Lead tendering processes: bid preparation, evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.
✅ Collaborate with procurement teams for contract finalisation and execution follow-up.
✅ Support budget preparation and resource planning for future project phases.
✅ Manage interfaces between project packages and external stakeholders.
✅ Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements and safety standards.
✅ Develop logistics strategies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
✅ Support quality control and contractor performance management.
Your Profile
Degree: Engineering (Marine, Civil, Structural, Mechanical).
Experience: Offshore wind, marine engineering, and T&I operations.
Expertise: Offshore execution phases (fabrication & installation).
Knowledge: Technical & regulatory landscape (preferably Germany).
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
Languages: English (mandatory), German (preferred).
