Contract Length: through end of 2024

Job Description:

The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction.

The Business Analyst / Project Manager reports to Manager, Operations to help support the growth and development of our internal program operational tools, which include:

  • Escalation Tool: Internal tool to manage field escalations

  • iSuggest: Digital suggestion box to manage program improvements and field suggestions

  • SharePoint: Internal team sites to manage team communications and documentation

  • SMaRT: Program application to manage changes in workforce such as on board and off boarding resources

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Stakeholders and the Cognizant Development, and Testing Team

  • Engage and manage the people, process, and technology that will accomplish the sprint's objectives

  • Develop and manage timeline of user stories, forecast time and budget spend, resource allocation

  • Develop and publish communication plan for the sprint

  • Develop, publish, and educate the stakeholders on deployment plan

  • Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders

  • Meet with stakeholders, understand the stakeholder needs and document their needs in JIRA or other requirements gathering repository (user stories)

  • Document and manage backlog of user stories - JIRA or another repository

  • Liaison between Ops. development team and stakeholders

  • Identify and design innovative solutions per the business strategy and stakeholder needs

  • Communicate the requirements and designs to Ops. development team

  • Partner with and assist the Ops. development team during the development and unit testing phases

  • Develop, manage, and help execute functional and integration testing

  • Develop and maintain training and user documentation

  • Assist with communications to the stakeholders

  • Create, document, execute, and communicate results of user acceptance testing

  • Create SOP, work instructions, and detailed process flow diagrams of the solutions

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years working in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projects

  • Experience managing 2 or more projects concurrently and the projects are in different phases

  • Able to document the output of the interactions in both written and flow diagrams

  • Ability to think through the logical unit of work and conduct a complete impact analysis

  • Able to develop good working relationships between all parties

  • Highly skilled in relational database: Develop ER diagrams; Design and execute SQL

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power App, Automate, and Power BI

  • Working knowledge of JIRA, VISIO

  • Experience with Agile type projects and methodology

  • Communication Skill: able to take disparate information and present it in a complete, accurate, and concise manner

  • Experience with .NET

  • Smartsheet experience
