Construction Director
Introduction:
We are working with a leading Highand based company in the Construction sector who are looking for an experienced, self motivated Construction Director to oversee the management of all House Build activities across the North of Scotland.
As the Construction Director, you will have full responsibility for the Construction Division from Design, Construction Stages, Client & Contractor Interface, Project Delivery, HSE and the full development strategy from inception to completion
Responsibilities:
The Construction Director will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the management of all construction projects
- Ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing the construction team to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard
- Developing and implementing construction strategies in line with the company's goals
- Ensuring that all construction projects comply with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with clients to ensure that their needs are met
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in the construction industry
- Identifying new business opportunities

Additional Information:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management and will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will have excellent communication skills and will be able to manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. You will be able to develop and implement construction strategies in line with the company's goals.
