Job description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and SAP Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, invoice processing, and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate pre- and post-award contract activities for HR and General Services
  • Maintain contract spend spreadsheets and monitor contract end dates and available funds
  • Create purchase requisitions, requests for tender, and contract revisions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, recruitment agencies, the finance team, and the Head of Human Resources
  • Process invoices efficiently using SAP and the internal finance app
  • Ensure compliance with ENI policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration
  • Strong proficiency in SAP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge of economics or a related field is a plus
