Job description

On behalf of our Client, we are looking to recruit a Site Cleaner to join their Inverness operations on a staff basis.
 
Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful post holder will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness of the site along with:
  • Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs) - Pre-moist cleaning
  • Press Cleaning – all aspects of press cleaning including the use of hoovers, air lances etc.
  • Blender - forming and finishing end cleaning
  • Cleaning of the Drains/Sumps
  • Assisting with the planned maintenance of the plant as required
  • Relief operating (assuming relevant skills and training)
  • Waste Management
  • Assisting in other areas when required
  • Basic care as required
  • Proactively participate in improving site housekeeping
  • Carrying out additional tasks as necessary following all safety criteria
 
The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Previous experience within a continuous operating environment (desirable)
  • Forklift certificate (desirable)
  • MEWP Operator certificate (desirable)
  • Excellent safety record
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attendance record
 
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
