Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Cost Engineer on a contract basis. The position will be based in central London for three days a week with 2 days a week WFH.
This is an offshore wind project - outside of IR35.
12 months +
Candidates must have experience on offshore projects - ideally wind projects.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective and efficient project cost management system
- Responsible for leading the development of processes, procedures, systems and tools in support of the cost management system
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of high quality cost forecasts, spanning all Transmission workstreams Pre FID and Post FID
- Responsible for timely delivery of high quality cost performance management information in accordance with the monthly update cycle
- Responsible for providing project leaders with high quality cost related insights to facilitate decision making processes including variance analysis and Trends
- Responsible for management of cost contingency
