Job Title: Crisis and Continuity Advisor II

Job Overview:
The Crisis and Continuity Advisor II (CCM/ER Advisor) is responsible for providing support and expert guidance in the development, maintenance, and implementation of Crisis and Continuity Management (CCM) and Emergency Response (ER) plans, procedures, trainings, equipment, and systems. This role utilizes technical expertise to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Advisor will support Gulf of Mexico (GoMC) offshore operations, GoMC projects, and other regions or facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety Administration, or a related field, OR
  • 3+ years of experience as a Combat Medic, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, or other emergency management professional
  • Foundational knowledge of Oil and Gas operations

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in emergency response
  • Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS)
  • Technical expertise in emergency medical care and crisis management
  • Strong technical writing abilities
  • Excellent social intelligence and adaptability to communicate effectively across diverse environments
