Job description

We have a current opportunity for an Engineering Interface Manageron a contract basis.

The position will be based in Milan during Engineering phase, with added responsibility for London Engineering centre.
May relocate to Site during Construction activities at Engineering completion or provide remote support from home office.

The Engineering Interface Manager is responsible for leading the LNG project Engineering Interface team. The position is required to manage internal and external engineering interfaces and technical development of the Project.
The Engineering Interface Manager will manage an organization of approximately 3 personnel.

  • Coordination of engineering, design information, work tasks and scheduling of interfaces related to the Onshore Engineering Project Team office.

  • Ensure implementation of interface agreements with both internal (e.g. Upstream) and external stakeholders (e.g. other partners).

  • Lead the Engineering Interface team in the overall Engineering organization.

Expertise Required:

  • Degree in appropriate Engineering discipline.

  • Registration as a Charted Engineer, PE or equivalent preferred

  • Proficient in English language.

  • Experience in Oil and Gas and large projects.

  • Knowledge of LNG Projects, offshore pipeline systems, oil and gas facilities, construction activities, and subsea components comprising a subsea working system.

  • Ability to assimilate, organize and integrate information from numerous sources and communicate effectively with internal project and external teams and stakeholders.
