We have a current opportunity for a Environmental Services Director on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Hebron. For further information about this position please apply.

The Director of Service is responsible for the management of the Service division of the organization's baghouse products/services across North America. This includes provision of ongoing support to product distribution channel and service execution. This position reports to the President.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages our safety coordinator/inspector to ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA
  • Directs and effectively manages the Field Service team
  • Directs and effectively manages our Lab and its processes
  • Directs all service activities within the company and ensures growth of the company's sales
  • Coordinate with the sales team to win jobs through advice on execution and cost reduction
  • Ensures clean and professional inspection reporting to the Sales
  • Leads the Service team through process improvement and efficient execution of service jobs
  • Coordinates with Sales Director and President to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Develop your team to execute customer training, as well as executing them
  • Maximize profitability by reducing unnecessary costs
  • Ensures compliance with local laws for service jobs
  • Develop relationships with outside vendors to expand our service offerings (Fabrication and System Analysis)
  • Qualify and manage relationships with subcontractors
  • Generates reports to improve/display the effectiveness of the Field Service team
  • Acts as a resource to Outside/Inside Sales team; assists with negotiations, closing the sale and developing on- site plans
  • Minimize warranty issues through ensuring
  • Clear and professional communication with your employees and coworkers
  • Develops education and training plans for your team
  • Effectively manage your team to ensure the highest productivity
  • Coordinates technical support and service product development
  • Develop strategy to teach the team to "Sell when on-site"
  • Participate in conferences

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical services role and management
  • The ability to meet or exceed targets and
  • Strong leadership, managerial and organization skills
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The ability to create and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers and coworkers
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Negotiation
  • Proficient computer skills - ERP systems (ideally SAP), MS Office Suite,
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle and satisfactory MVR
