Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of air filtration ceiling application systems used in industries such as food processing, logistics, recycling, and other industrial settings. This role requires significant travel within a large geographic territory, often involving overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of air filtration systems at customer sites.
  • Schedule and conduct routine service visits, collaborating with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism as a company representative, instilling confidence and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze work orders, plan travel schedules, and manage service tasks across assigned territory.
  • Arrange for necessary equipment, supplies, and system components to complete service assignments efficiently.
  • Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement solutions to resolve issues.
  • Document all service and installation activities using Salesforce, ensuring detailed records and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service, maintenance, and installation of technical equipment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within a designated territory, including overnight stays.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a busy travel schedule.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
