Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator/Coordinator, based in Aberdeen for 3 months.

Responsibilities:
* Obtaining a quick understanding of international mobility policies and processes and advising assignees on all associated questions.
* Liaising with Talent Development teams in the UK and worldwide in coordination of the movements.
* Keeping relevant stakeholders informed regularly of the status of assignee movements.
* Coordinating with the HR Administration team responsible for company-leased accommodation, shipments from the UK and ensuring all departures from the UK are managed smoothly.
* Maintenance and development of international assignment databases.
* Supporting the HR team with immigration compliance and maintaining immigration monitoring files.
* General management of the shared mailbox and responding to questions from assignees, HR correspondents and project management teams.
* General administrative support with employee communications.

Experience & Qualifications:
* The ability to understand mobility policy and processes and confidently apply these
* Experience in HR Administration in a busy HR environment
* Experience in use of HRIS systems
* Excellent attention to detail with accuracy when inputting data
* Computer literate with programmes such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
* SAP HR experience is desirable, but not essential
* Sharepoint knowledge is desirable but not essential
