Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Instrument and Controls Engineer on a contract basis outside of IR35. The position will be based in Surrey with WFH.
Our client requires an Instrument Engineer on an LNG FEED Project for an initial 10 month contract role that has an immediate start and a target limited company rate to man of circa £60.00 per hour.
The role will be based on 3 days a week in the Offices in Surrey and 2 days a week WFH.

Job Description
* Contributes to the development of preliminary and final stage Instrumentation & Control (I&C) design deliverables, including P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument Specifications, and Instrument Data Sheets.
*Experienced in working in early phases of the project, especially Concept and FEED deliverables.
* Assists in the design of process control systems based on DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
* Experience in instrumentation requirements for custody metering requirements standards.
* Prepares budgetary requisitions and conducts bid evaluations.
* Assists in the development of Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) and demonstrates working knowledge of IEC 61508 & IEC61511.
* Performs assigned automation-related job functions, including the creation of I/O lists, Instrumentation lists, and the specification of instrumentation and control elements.
* Interface knowledge of Electrical system and Instrument interfaces
* Has experience in greenfield onshore projects.
