Are you ready to take on a critical role as an **Integration Engineer**, where your expertise will help shape data availability within one of the most innovative plant environments? We are searching for a self-motivated engineering professional who excels at managing and improving process data systems, specifically with AVEVA PI Plant Historian. This temporary position based out of North Chicago offers an outstanding opportunity to interface with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers while driving projects from inception through completion.
$55/hr with Benefits
1 year initial contract
Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days WFH
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop configurations for the AVEVA PI Asset Framework tailored to drug product pilot plants.
- Lead efforts implementing PI RT Reports, configuring additional reports, displays via PI Vision.
- Establish event frames and notifications using AVEVA tools that bolster operational efficiency.
- Take initiative commissioning new equipment tags & testing existing ones ensuring system integrity.
- Foster collaboration across teams, coordinating project scopes effectively meeting quality standards.
**Skills Required:**
*Engineering Expertise*: Minimum 5 years' experience backed by either educational qualifications or proven competency is essential. Your technical prowess should be well-rooted in pharmaceuticals or related GMP-regulated industries.
*AVEVA System Mastery*: Proficiency working hands-on with various components such as Interfaces, Asset Frameworks along with generating vital life-cycle documentation indicates your readiness for this challenge
*Communication & Leadership Abilities*: Strong skills here mean you can guide diverse groups towards common goals articulately respecting differing perspectives; all crucial when pushing forward complex engineering initiatives
