Job description

**Lead ICSS and Instrument Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector**

Our client, is seeking your expertise to manage instrument disciplines, interface with existing platforms, participate actively in FEED scope work preparation until sanctioning phase. This role offers an incredible chance to be deeply involved from pre-feed extension studies through to EPC CFT preparations.

*Responsibilities include:*
- Overseeing onshore CPF plant instrumentation as well as interfacing with platforms.
- Coordinating HSE reviews such as SIL alongside being conversant with client's HSE standards.
- Resolving technical queries raised by engineers or consultants regarding packages under consideration during bid evaluations.
- Expert handling of Process Automation systems including design aspects related to DCS/ICSS Alarm Management Systems etc., ensuring compliance with company code of conduct along adherence safety accountability frameworks set out by Partner & company Project guidelines
- In-depth knowledge required surrounding telecom system designs like Fiber Optics CCTV PA ACS Telephones amongst others - conducting reviews developing architectures accordingly while also maintaining network security implementation particularly cyber securities frontiers

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess more than 15 years professional experience leading discipline-specific teams within projects especially those pertaining directly towards automation process controls environment governed respective legislative norms practices procedures local laws regulations current country issues et al
