Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Learning Partner, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Lead on the delivery of training up to and including management level
* Review reports and records to identify learning needs and deliver solutions.
* Collect and analyse meaningful data in line with agreed Learning & Development performance metrics.
* Record and report on measures of success to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved
* Design and deliver interactive and engaging learning and development activities, utilising all available delivery methods (MS Teams, Face2Face, e-Learning)
* Facilitate Team Effectiveness sessions up to and including management level across the business
* Champion the Learning & Development portfolio via multiple communication channels
* Ensure the company's values and behaviours are embedded in all L&D processes and learning materials.
* Work in partnership with Global business managers and HR Business Partners to ensure learning activities are fit for purpose across all business areas and successfully embedded.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D activities and implement improvements when required.
* Provide input to the T&L strategy and assist in promoting approved strategies, plans and activities to employees.
* Support successful delivery of Talent and Learning projects, researching appropriate solutions, and monitoring plans to keep approved activities on track.
* Contribute collaboratively to cross-functional HR projects, as required, to support collective delivery of the Global HR Strategy
* Any other duties consistent with your status

Experience & Qualifications:
* Learning professional with relevant training accreditation and/or CIPD accreditation to level 5
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience from working at an operational level in Learning & Development
* Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement activities and supporting organisational change
* High level training, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Able to demonstrate continuing personal and professional development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cross-cultural agility to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
* Consultative and collaborative working style
* A reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
* Good organisational skills, SMART working methods and can demonstrate personal effectiveness in previous roles.
* Personal alignment with the company's Values
* A coaching or mentoring accreditation is desirable
