Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Logistics Focal Point, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective and efficient performance of all marine, aviation and shore base activities
* Support owner of Kabal system and training requirements by acting as operational focal point
* Produce Quarterly Performance Results for NHV and ASCO
* Develop and maintain all Logistics SLA's and raise all logistics service requests
* Provide logistics SME to all relevant business groups and company management
* Central role in Marine and Aviation incident investigation and timely reporting
* Maintain vessel in-house chartering
* Assist with development of annual OPEX budgets in line with business planning requirements for all duty holder and operated assets
* Provide input to CAPEX/OPEX budgets as and when required
* Promote and implement measurable continuous improvements to meet ever changing company requirements
* Build effective working relationships with industry peers, enabling identification of resource sharing opportunities
* Any other duties as determined by the Logistics Team Lead
* Deputises for Logistics Team Lead
Experience & Qualifications:
* North Sea Oil & Gas Logistics experience essential
* Experience using Vantage
* Experience using Kabal
* Experience in similar role preferred
