Job description

Maintenance Specialist

Our client is a major intenational energy company with an internaitonal portfolio of producing assets. They are looking for a an onshore maintenance specialist who will support the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work by ensuring activity readiness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive activity readiness by preparing work packs for offshore maintenance.
  • Develop scopes of work for repairs and campaigns.
  • Assist maintenance techs with troubleshooting equipment.
  • Utilize predictive technologies to optimize maintenance schedules.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for the Preventative Maintenance Program.
  • Actively participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCFAs).
  • Serve as the liaison between onshore and offshore maintenance teams.
  • Adhere to Global Work Management processes and standards.


Your Experience

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally, experience as a maintenance technician or in site-based work execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of offshore facilities and equipment.
  • Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills.
  • A self-starter with innovative problem-solving abilities.


Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in starting up new assets or operating regions.
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques (e.g., ADO, Scrum).
  • A passion for learning and professional development.
