Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of People Services Administrator, based in Aberdeen. This role is a temporary position until early January 2025.
Responsibilities:
*Employee onboarding - coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction schedules.
*Data Management - maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
*Benefits Administration - Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including healthcare and other perks.
*General support - provide administrative support to the wider People Services team as needed, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and document management.
Requirements:
Essential:
*Strong administration and organisation skills
*Previous HR/People Services background is essential.
*Minimum of GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
*A proactive approach.
*Highly proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook.
*Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
*Attention to detail is a prerequisite for this role.
Desirable:
*Experience using Workday.
*CIPD or NVQ qualification would be beneficial.
