Location: Mettawa, IL (on-site required 3x per week)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $33-38/hr

Project Manager, Speaker Programs - Field Planning and Analytics

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent project management capabilities, strong communications skills, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative, ability to prioritize while multi-tasking and team orientation are fundamental to success in this role.

  • Experience with speaker programs preferred

Job Description:

This role wears several hats but will focus primarily on managing and driving innovations in Third Party Speaker Program workflows and processes via cross-functional collaboration with both Internal stakeholders and external Vendor teams.

This position will also support general Compliance/Field Operations objectives and provide elevated service levels to our Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Vendor partners in the execution of Speaker Programs.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Speaker Program Operations and Processes

  • Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead for "Third Party Speaker Program" resources and support

  • Managing External Vendor relationships and providing Stakeholder support

  • Identify various unmet needs and process improvements through to implementation

  • Manage variously scaled Projects from inception, discovery, pull-through and deployment

  • Work with internal cross-functional teams and external vendor to ensure integration and consistency

  • Understanding of other functional areas and impact of relevant decision-making

  • Consistently manage multiple priorities to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion

  • Develop and execute high-impact communications and training as needed for new initiatives

  • Provide in-depth insights through ad hoc analysis as requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor 's degree

  • Working knowledge of basic system software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills

  • Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner

  • 5+ years of similar work experience preferred
