Recruitment MSP Focal Point (Full or Part time)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Managed Service Provision Recruitment MSP Focal Point who will provide effective high-level recruitment and management support and run an MSP solution on behalf of a major Energy Company in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in both a recruitment environment and within a major Energy Company. The role will require to have strong communications skills and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when working with systems/databases. The role will also require the ability to meet deadlines whilst dealing with multiple changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Process

  • Co-ordination of the full contractor recruitment life cycle process for positions on behalf of a Major Energy Company.
  • Support Client Talent Acquisition team with Staff Recruitment Campaigns.
  • Understand Client's operational and project functions relating to the day-to-day recruitment and contractor management activities across all Clients' UK office and site locations.
  • Co-ordinating the CV selection and screening process via MSP technology platform - working closely with Client Talent Acquisition Team / Line Managers to discuss role requirements, creating/editing job descriptions, assessing and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Compiling screened CV shortlist for submission to Client Resourcing Team / Line Managers for review and subsequent interview shortlist.
  • Co-ordination and set up of interviews with Client Resourcing / Line Managers and PSL suppliers.
  • Ensure Client Talent Acquisition Team / Line Managers are fully supported during the interview process by attending interviews, providing follow on support through the offer process by ensuring guidance on the role and market conditions to are provided in a timely and effective manner to ensure the effective onboarding of the selected individual.
  • Co-ordination of contract offer process. Keeping Client Talent Acquisition Team / Line Managers updated on progress to ensure timely acceptance.
  • Promoting the Client Cultural Beliefs throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Attend regular Client recruitment meetings to discuss current and future manpower planning requirements and other factors which will impact on the day to day operation of the MSP.

Second Tier PSL Suppliers

  • Manage successful relationships with all second tier PSL suppliers ensuring they are kept fully briefed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with second tier PSL suppliers on a regular basis to discuss new roles, provide feedback on candidates, arrange interviews and confirm offers.
  • Utilise MSP technology platform to track and monitor second tier PSL supplier performance.
  • Manage quarterly KPI meeting with second tier PSL suppliers to review quarterly performance.

Contractor Management/Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting to Client Talent Acquisition Team on recruitment activity via MSP technology platform.
  • Carry out MSP induction process for all new contract starters.
  • In collaboration with second tier suppliers, provide Client Talent Acquisition Team with market intelligence relating to contractor rates, trends and market conditions.
  • Carry out regular auditing activities via MSP technology platform to ensure all contractors are fully compliant and all necessary checks have been carried out effectively by the PSL suppliers.
  • Management reporting from MSP Technology Platform on a regular monthly basis.
  • Carry out regular MSP site workshops to ensure compliance and ongoing acceptance of MSP technology platform across all Client locations.
  • Provide guidance to Client Talent Acquisition Team / Line Managers on overseas contractor mobilisations to ensure areas such as tax compliance, medical and repatriation provisions, flights, accommodation and general contractor welfare have been addressed.
