Job description
Essential:
- Risks and Opportunity Management
- Extensive experience of implementing risk management processes and tools in a large regulated environment e.g. Nuclear, Infrastructure or related industries at project, programme or business level.
- Experience of quantitative risk analysis including modelling risk, schedule and cost.
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective Customer relationships.
- Experience in supporting Company organisational and culture change initiatives.
- Experience in dealing with complex technical and business issues.
- Experience in problem solving and negation to resolve, minimise or mitigates risk and maximise opportunities.
- Experience in line management / contract management
- Knowledge of relevant License Conditions and Environmental Permitting Regulations
Desirable:
- Degree or professional qualification, e.g. Institute of Risk Management (Diploma) or Relevant Business Management qualification
- Membership or working towards membership of relevant professional body, e.g. Institute of Risk Management, Association of Project Managers.
- Experience of commercial risk management and investment sanctioning processes.
- Background in a Science & Technology / Project based / Regulated organisation.
