Job description

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Senior Associate Contracts & Pricing on behalf of our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client located in Breda. Initial 12-month contract, with high possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role, 2 days on site.

Role Summary

As a Sr. Associate Contracts & Pricing, you will play a crucial role in operational pricing and contracting for our client's ex-US regions, supporting patients worldwide by ensuring the integrity of our processes across the portfolio of our client for your designated country cluster. You will be the guardian of accurate pricing on orders and timely contractual rebates to customers.

But that is not all - you will be a key player for our internal customers, fostering strong relationships and collaborating with various departments such as DTI, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting. Your proactive approach will lead you to initiate process improvements and support projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate operational execution of contracts and pricing for countries within (sub)region.
  • Support user linking, user group access, and approval workflows.
  • Provide system and process training to business users (incl. creation/maintenance training materials).
  • Perform SOX controls and data integrity checks.
  • Initiate and execute improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of contracts and pricing operations.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Contract and Pricing operations, sales operations, Finance, Project Management, and/or Business Operations experience.
  • Previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
  • Consolidate experience in pricing and global contracts and pricing system platforms.
  • Previous experience working with/in affiliates.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate at various levels, within the department, and with internal/external customers.
