We have a current opportunity for a Senior Contract Engineer on a contract basis for a Major Operator on a large scale LNG Project.
Based in Milan during the Engineering phase, remaining to secure Contract management in the back office during construction and Commissioning phase. Occasional short-term missions to Paris Office / Maputo / Afungi site are expected
To administrate and manage C&P activities related to Onshore EPC Contracts in liaison with all TEPMA1 entities and in particular CP&L Entity
Advanced Contracts and Purchasing Technical Competencies and C&P tools advanced certification required
Degree in Engineer; Business school or equivalent.
Professional experience in similar position
Strong knowledge of Contract development and management in a project environment, in an international context
Leadership skills to manage resources, direct reports, and shared resources with the project team with all stakeholders
Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling.
Languages: excellent command of English mandatory.
Very good understanding of different means of contractor remuneration and their commercial implications, practical experience of their use.
