**Senior Contract Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector**

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Engineer to oversee extensive contract management activities associated with large-scale capital projects.

The ideal candidate, you will represent our client's project entity across various committees, act as Single Point Of Contact for designated initiatives, and provide expert advice on complex contractual matters. Your role is critical in steering multi-million-dollar CAPEX endeavors towards success by ensuring robust governance throughout all phases from tendering to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Contract Engineering Leadership:**
- Provide support for contract and procurement activities required by capital project(s).
- Advise on complex forms of CFTs (CCFT, OBE/OBT, FEED+), develop commercial structures.

- **Project Representation:**
- Act as SPOC for selected projects; participate actively during committee meetings involving shareholders or suppliers.

- **Claims Management Expertise:**
Analyze existing contracts/claims,
Guide resolution strategies at different stages,

- **Transversal Coordination Efforts:**
Ensure seamless interfacing between internal entities like Categories/Legal teams,

Required Skills:

* Extensive knowledge related to BIMCO BARECON 2017 Standard Bareboat Charter Party would be advantageous considering its relevance to FPSO/FSO/FPU/FSRU operations
* Proven ability providing claim preventive awareness through effective contract management methods right from tendering stage
* Demonstrated competence in training peers about contracting processes involved within such high-stake Projects
