Senior Production Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Production Engineer on a contract basis.

This is for an operator.

The position will be based in London or Aberdeen (candidate's choice).

New contract Production Engineer opportunity starting in early 2024 for 6 months +

Job brief: Reporting to Senior Manager Well Delivery you will be responsible for executing Petroleum Engineering tasks to reduce production decline and extend field life on our UK developments. Your work will have a strong emphasis on supporting an exciting and extensive programme of infill well drilling. Working across three Assets you will select infill well completion concepts and specifications, undertake performance predictions and propose well management plans. During drilling you will provide real-time assessment of well data and provide completion / start-up support. Once drilling is complete you will have time to review performance and capture lessons learned. In addition, part of your time will be spent assisting the Subsurface team in defining other value adding opportunities.
