Site Manager Needed for Residential Project In The Highlands


Our client, a leading Highland based construction company specialising in Commercial & Residential projects, is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee their ongoing project located on the outskirts of Inverness. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations from start to finish.

As the Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Key knowledge and skills:

* A construction professional who is organised and disciplined.
* A team player with experience of leading, managing and motivating construction teams.
* Ensure a high standard of customer and home handover journey experience.
* Responsibility to deliver projects on programme and budget, ensuring quality standards achieved.
Planning and coordinating resources such as labourers and materials.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, working on own initiative and as part of wider team.
* Qualified to Construction industry standard with SMSTS and CSCS certification.
* Ensuring that work complies with quality standards set by regulatory bodies
* Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding health & safety measures on-site
* The ambition and desire to achieve award winning performance on site.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
