Job description

Our client, a leading international operator, have a requirement for a Contract Storage Tank Package Manager to be based in Paris, France. This is a residential position therefore candidates must have the right to live and work in the EU.

LNG project. Candidates must have the following experience / qualifications:

Experience in similar position (years): +8 (or in management major international construction contracts working directly for owner/operator)

Education Level / Diploma: Degree or equivalent.

Languages: English and French (mandatory)

The service holder is responsible and accountable for all the activities related to the development of:

To define, propose and manage the organization of a team dedicated to the LNG Storage Tank activities for every phase of the development (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning) and to ensure an appropriate plan for mobilization.

To manage all parties involved in the LNG Storage Tank activities (EPC Contractor - Suppliers - Project team in interface) during every phase of the development of the LNG Storage Tank (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning), and as such will be the Company Representative for the EPC Contractor

To manage the interfaces of the LNG Storage Tank with the other packages. This is to be made in cooperation with Interface Manager.

To ensure that the LNG Storage Tank meets all Project requirements, and complies with all applicable rules, codes and standards, specifically with regards to HSSE requirements.

To implement the HSE and QA/QC Project requirements at all stages of the Project.

To update regularly, at least quarterly, the Risk register of the package and implement the corresponding mitigation actions
