Job description
We have an urgent opportunity for Technical & Non-Technical Competency Assessor Expert position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument or equivalent.
- With minimum 10 years of experience in similar role within Oil & Gas industry, preferable in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemicals and Petroleum processes.
- Experience in senior/lead role dealing with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas offshore/onshore, petrochemical or refinery plant in operations or maintenance for Technical and Non-Technical functions and development coach in all engineering areas (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Understanding of the Competence & Skills Pool team and its role in Competency Management and compliance. Lean mythology and & Capability Development programs in the Oil & Gas field.
- Good coaching and mentoring skills. Knowledge of internationally recognized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a process plant, HR & Finance functions.
- Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office, SAP software & technical program.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).
JOB DETAILS HIGHLIGHTS:
- Provides Thoughts, guidance, while leading the execution of Technical & Non-Technical Competencies Development cycle end-to-end activities at SLL Cluster, under Manger Talent Management scope, acting Senior Matter Expert, forefront of innovation and focal point / link between PTC and OMT / Support functions at SLL Cluster for the end-to end cycle Competencies program related with Technical and non-Technical areas through.
- Execute the preparation and update of Technical & Non-Technical Development framework and cycle activities for the OMT designated business units.
- Drive the Processes Assurance, Facilitation & support.
- Provide assessment tool kit to support Technical & Non-Technical development end-to-end activities and generate the related reports.
- Provides guidance while leading the execution of all Technical & Non-Technical program (solutions).
- Ensure the Verification / control of all Technical & Technical Development.
- Serves as mentors and coaches to other Technical & Non-Technical trainers, sharing their knowledge, experience, and best practices to elevate the overall quality of Technical & Non-Technical competency development within the organization; in order to support Technical & Non-Technical development strategic objectives / goals for SLL Cluster and support the development of Technical & Non-Technical staff that will contribute with the leverage of technology to improve SLL Cluster operations and achieve their goals.
- Professional and experienced in the Technical Areas (OMT) Processes Assurance, Facilitation & support Generate reports, and provide assessment tool kit for technical functions.
- Professional and experienced in the areas of PTC, Finance, Corporate Support functions.
- Training and development expertise in developing and delivering training programs, including instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Experience in drafting and improving SOP/ training manuals for technical & non-technical skills.
- Experience of developing and implementing organizational development initiatives.
- Experience in drafting and improving SOP/ training manuals.
- Expertise of OMT procedures, processes, and technologies to effectively design and deliver training programs.
- Safety and environmental expertise with deep understanding of safety and environmental regulations to ensure that training programs comply with these regulations.
