Join Our clients Team as a Regional Sales Representative: Drive Growth in Filtration Solutions

Are you a results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the filtration industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to spearhead their sales and marketing efforts across key industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, water treatment, and more. This is your chance to join a global leader and take charge of an exciting territory that spans states East of the Mississippi and part of Canada, with 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Cultivate strong relationships with filtration converters and end-users to drive long-term growth in diverse industries.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies aligned with division goals to achieve top-line growth, new customer acquisition, and increase in new product sales.
  • Client Engagement: Provide expert technical guidance and application support to customers, helping them optimize solutions for their needs.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver impactful product presentations and develop detailed project specifications, including quotations and pricing recommendations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries, orders, invoices, and any issues, fostering positive client relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities through in-depth market research, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads and maintain a robust sales funnel.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of market trends and applications to effectively promote our clients cutting-edge filtration solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring coordinated efforts across departments and informing management of market conditions.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our client at trade shows and industry meetings, enhancing brand visibility and driving interest in our products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical filtration or a related field.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Engineering Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in engineering is highly preferred.
  • Sales & Marketing: 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in the filtration or belting industry is an asset.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
