Turnaround Planner

Description:

The Turnaround Planner is responsible for generating, maintaining, and updating of workscopes that are executed on offshore production facilities.

Required to ensure that all activities are efficiently planned in close cooperation with the Onshore & Offshore teams and the functions and in line with IAP procedures.

Communicate SF4 Campaign plan targets, operational impacts/benefits of Functions and Asset activities and their priorities and use these as a basis for the IAPS plan/schedule.

Experience:

• Previous experience with and knowledge of planning and preparation of maintenance activities
• Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP and Primavera
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, but willing to challenge existing behaviours and ways of working to drive process and performance continuous improvement in the Production Unit.
