As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a range of payroll activities, from managing payroll inputs and processing new hires to calculating statutory payments and reconciling PAYE liabilities. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy in payroll systems, addressing payroll queries, and supporting both internal and external payroll audits.
You’ll need to have proven experience in UK payroll and a strong working knowledge of UK HMRC legislation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with experience using integrated payroll systems like SAP and Workday, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing payroll inputs, including ad hoc payments and deductions.
Ensuring accurate data transfer from Workday to payroll systems like HRX and SAP.
Handling onboarding and offboarding payroll processes.
Calculating and processing statutory payments, holiday pay, and benefits changes.
Managing earnings arrestments and making third-party payments.
Addressing payroll queries and participating in audits.
