Job description
We have a current opportunity for a C&P SAP support, MM, Materials & Reporting Specialist on a contract basis. The position will be based in Maputo, Mozambique. For further information about this position please apply.
The job holder is responsible to develop and maintain C&P Procedures with latest requirements from Company rules. The job holder shall interact with others C&P members and colleagues to collect data and provide necessary dashboard/report to C&P Management . A strong knowledge of SAP is required as the job holder will be in charge to coordinate the support and upgrade of SAP system.
The Job holder participates to the operations and processes of Contracts & Procurement entity by performing the following tasks:
Processes / Procedures / Organization
Organize, update and assist the C&P Methods Manager in implementing referential procedures and the Company Rules relating to procurement activities
Analyze the procurement process and identify improvements opportunities
Ensure consistency of C&P referential and its respect by users
Organize and structure documentation and archiving of the C&P entity
Prepare and participate in any (internal or external) audits when needed
Analysis/Reporting
Monitor MPP weekly consolidation and reporting in liaison with C&P Product lines
Define, implement and maintain an integrated C&P reporting process
Consolidate (MPP, KPIs from MM, activity reports,) and publish C&P reports on weekly/monthly/yearly bases.
SAP support, MM
Participate or ensure SAP deployment or upgrade regarding MM (link with Finance department, Technical Entities...), facilitate the transition and the use of SAP for procurement matters
Develop and implement materials optimization strategy using SAP
Participate in C&P SAP trainings for end users
Support users and ensure the resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of SAP in C&P, and answer to any question related to SAP within TEPMA1
Provide for all site assistance on the use of SAP in all the entities
Suggest and prepare after Methods Manager's approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions to minimize conflicts in the system
The Job holder manages the Compliance:
Ensure compliance of processes with all internal Company rules (including Total Code to conduct) and all applicable laws and regulation
Ensure the good administration and filing of all documentation related to his/her unit activities
The Job holder adheres to the H3SE rules
Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation
Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations
- Very good knowledge of Supply Chain CMS and other Business Analysis tools, clear sense of organization, excellent analytical and communication skills, high creativity and initiative, ability to convince, to train and to listen, respect for deadlines, good leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility
