Electrical & Instrument Completions Turnover Coordinator
Location: Odessa, TX. Candidates will need to be available on site.
Schedule: 13 days on, 1 day off Project
Duration: Initial 3-month term, with potential for extension
Overview
Reporting to the Completions Turnover Manager, the E & I Completions Turnover Coordinator will follow the Worley Completions Framework to facilitate the accurate Turnover of systems utilizing established handover and turnover processes. The incumbent will interface directly with engineering, contractors, construction personnel and operations staff. As the E & I Completions Turnover Coordinator, the incumbent will manage the collection of E & I related engineering, quality and commissioning documentation and coordinate tests required for project completion. The Incumbent will be responsible for turnover and delivery of scoped systems during the execution phase of the Project.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience, including at least 5-10 years in completion and turnaround processes.
* Accreditation in quality inspection is required.
* Hands-on experience with CCMS (Systems Completions and Commissioning Management System), preferably with proficiency in Hexagon Smart Completions.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; however, relevant trade certifications will also be considered.
* Strong Software Skills
* Must exhibit a strong track record of completion and success in delivery of projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Clear thinker, able to divide a job into small logical steps
* Extensive experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects
* Extensive experience in the use of Completions Management Systems (databases)
* Functional knowledge of all project discipline systems, design and reporting processes
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible to ensure that all documentation relevant to the Commissioning phase is received by the Project. This includes, but not limited to O&M manuals, Training materials, Engineering databases for O&M systems upload, spares lists and spares
* Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning and Start up teams to ensure Systems are properly structured with tag items and associated check sheets
* Providing clarification and guidance on all Turnover / Handover and Punch related issues
* Provide completions status and reporting as required by the project.
* Ensuring that completed tag item check sheets are progressively scanned & uploaded in the database
* Managing and tracking completion of Punch List data from final walk downs
* Organizing and participating in subsystem walkdowns
* Assist in developing and deploying Project Completions Management systems
* Liaises with Document Control to ensure correct controlled flow of latest documentation throughout the Systems Completions Group.
* Responsible for ensuring the completions database is structured in accordance with project requirements.
* Advises on check sheet and sub-system allocation, population and verification.
* Responsible for all 'field generated documentation' and the tracking / disposition of required turnover documents, including turn-over / handover dossiers.
