Job description
Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 24 Months
Pay Rate: $28-32/hr including individual healthcare coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Project Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn various systems
- Detail oriented
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Key Responsibilities Include:
Processing of invoices for Data Operations team
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Balance invoices against Purchase Order amounts
- Track invoices through payment cycle
- Manage filing system of approved invoices
Manage Purchase Orders for Data Operations team
- Complete and submit Purchase Order requests
- Manage and maintain PO and Statement of Work filing system
Assist in tracking the data budget
Manage third party agreements (TPA) and related agreements (NP, PA, AMA)
- Assist users in submitting TPA requests
- QC user requests prior to submission to vendors
- Communicate with vendors on status and issue resolution
- Track status
- Renew annual agreements
- Resolve issues between Contractors/Vendors
- Escalate to SME when appropriate
- User training
Data onboarding
- Contract management
- Track status and time required to complete
- Resolve issues between company and SPP
Training coordinator for vendors such as IQVIA and Symphony
- Coordinate training schedule with vendors
- Schedule and track attendance
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- College degree with 3-5 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks

Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines.
Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success.
Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.
