A global leader in filtration solutions, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll drive sales and marketing efforts for cutting-edge filtration materials, targeting diverse industries including food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals/paints, aquaculture, solid-liquid separation, and more.

What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with filtration converters and end-users, building trust for long-term business success.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve division goals, including new customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Provide technical application guidance and deliver impactful product presentations to customers.
- Define project specifications, recommend pricing, and prepare detailed project quotations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries, orders, and resolutions.
- Research markets, build a funnel of growth opportunities, and track progress using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to promote innovative filtration products effectively.
- Represent at trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical filtration operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 1-2 years of marketing or technical sales experience.
- Experience in equipment or fabrication for the belting industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
