Job description

Orion Partner Plus have a great opportunity for a Sales Representative to be remotely based out of Chicago or Wisconsin on a permanent basis.

Working for a global family business that provide Air Cleaning and Air Quality services to the Industrial manufacturing sector, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a unique business, that are enjoying incredible growth.

The working territory will be Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa with an existing book of business and a huge potential to attract new customers.

If you have a solid sales background, are self-motivated, results driven, enjoy working autonmously, and have some experience of selling service contracts, we would like to hear from you.

Main requirements are;

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and or 3-5 years of experience in outside B2B sales to preferably to major Warehousing & Manufacturing customers
  • A valid driver's license, with a good driving record
  • A team-oriented individual with a proactive spirit with strong ethic and
  • A results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is motivated by
  • Willing to travel extensively with overnight stays as needed
  • A strong book of decision-making contacts within the logistic, manufacturing, recycling, and industrial markets desired
  • Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills required with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication skills; with ability to articulate effectively both verbally and in written form, and influence at all levels of an organization to gain commitment and initiate
  • Demonstration record of developing and maintaining successful business to business sales and service
  • Experience developing brand building programs for introduction of new and unique products into a large and varied mark
  • Extremely strong investigative skills required to uncover and build upon customer's individual
  • Previous professional sales training such as SPIN, Sandler, Dale Carnegie, or another consultative sales training preferred.
  • Strong PC skills to include word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams or Zoom,
  • Regional Sales experience in service contract
  • Proven ability to develop and retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with multiple layers of stake holders and key decision makers within an or
  • Ability to uncover and identify business risks and opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
