Your Key Responsibilities:
โจ Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with key business resources to define requirements, ensuring their SAP implementation aligns with their strategic goals.
๐๏ธ Architecting Excellence: Support the Solution Architect in designing high-level solutions, ensuring their SAP system is robust and efficient.
๐ก๏ธ Security and Compliance: Assist in Information Risk Management, ensuring all legal and regulatory aspects are addressed.
๐ฉโ๐ป Technical Prowess: Collaborate with IT technical teams to develop and implement solutions that drive success.
๐งช Quality Assurance: Contribute to the creation and execution of a comprehensive Test Plan, ensuring a seamless SAP deployment.
๐ Deployment and Transition: Support the deployment of the solution and the transition to Support and Operations, ensuring a smooth handover.
๐ Empowering Users: Play a crucial role in user training activities to maximize the benefits of the SAP system.
๐ Adapt and Evolve: Coordinate Program Change Requests and lead application integrations to/from SAP FI and MSC.
๐ Global Impact: Assist the Digital Team in SAP FI and MSC integrations, contributing to our global reach.
To be succesful:
Experience and Qualifications required:
๐ Education: Post-secondary education in IT or Computer Science.
๐ผ Experience: Bring at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience to the table.
๐ก SAP Expertise: Direct experience with SAP modules like FI, MSC, PM, CP, MM, and CMMS is a must.
๐ผ Business Acumen: Ability to manage business changes within IT project execution.
๐ฐ Finance Focus: Knowledge of Finance end-to-end business processes is a big plus.
๐๏ธ Project Experience: Capital Project and Asset Operations experience are desirable.
๐ Data Insights: PowerBI experience would be advantageous!
๐ Valid/current Canadian work visa and/or citizenship is a must
๐ Valid Clean Drivers Licence is a must
