Job description

The Test team is conducting production- and factory acceptance test according to the overall production test plan. As a Test Technician your focus is commissioning and testing of plants on our site in Kolding, test of submodules, troubleshooting, reporting and corrections of errors. Assembly quality, reduction of assembly time and errors are key success criteria in the role. You are an important part of transferring knowledge to operators in the production, training colleagues, and providing input to PTD on product design and design of production lines and equipment.

As our Test Technician your main tasks and deliveries will include:

  • Assembly and test of modules and systems
  • Plant troubleshooting and correction of errors
  • Onboarding and training of colleagues
  • Preparing documentation for production
  • Panel tasks within safety, quality and maintenance

To succeed in the role, an analytical and systematic approach is essential along with strong collaboration and communication skills. A safety-first mindset is a must.

To apply for the Test Technician role, we expect you to have a technical background such as Electrician, Automation Technician, Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine engineering or similar, and you have experience within electricity, high power, cooling, PLC or mechanics. Experience from a similar position, ideally from manufacturing is an advantage.
