Department Manager - Renewables Supply (Fuels & Feedstock)

Vienna - Hybrid

Great opportunity for an experienced Department Manager to work for a Global Energy and chemicals company based in Austria.

As part of their group strategy, they intend to transition from an integrated oil, gas, and chemicals company to a leading provider of innovative and sustainable fuels, chemicals, and materials.

The Role:
* Responsible for the supply portfolio of renewable blending components (FAME, UCOME, HVO, EtOH, SAF) and renewable feedstock (1G, waste, advanced).
* Responsible for the portfolio of compliance measures to fulfil regulatory targets in the transportation sector (road, aviation, maritime.
* Lead and develop the team and be accountable for managing performance and meeting agreed performance targets.
* Identify alternative and new options to support the fulfilment of regulatory targets in designated supply countries.
* Accountable to actively drive supply-relevant processes, guidelines, management and IT systems development.

Required Experience:
* University Degree in supply chain, economics or similar.
* Minimum of 12 years relevant experience within Business Development, Supply/Sales or similar.
* Experience in renewable fuels or renewable feedstock markets.
* Highly experienced in leading teams and establishing cross-functional networks.
* Fluent in English
