What You Will Do:
- Responsible for U.S. supply chain field operations locations throughout the Permian and Delaware basin
- Coordinate the execution of operations and sales strategies to achieve financial objectives and drive cost savings initiatives
- Develop operation plans and strategy for active and potential business
- Establish targets and goals for assigned locations in accordance to regional and supply chain targets
- Monitor all operations activities to ensure that they are in-line with sales initiatives, goals, and service level expectations
- Prepare periodic reports and regularly update DOT, safety compliance, operational spend, and active pursuits to reach optimal levels
- Monitor the competition and reports actions and trends to sales and operation management teams
- Report on monthly KPI's to senior leadership via the Supply Chain OGSM
- Create and manage operational budgets and submit requests for capital expenditures
- Operate as a strategic logistics partner with the sales business unit and involve Sales Professionals, Area Managers, District Managers, Region Managers, and General Managers as appropriate to achieve business results
- Work with Sales Representatives to influence, read and/or respond to RFPs and Specifications received from customers
- Establish close customer contact and drive customer satisfaction by assuring compliance and quality in the application of the Six Service Standards
- Recommend surface distribution and down hole treatment application enhancements or changes based upon known efficiencies and increased earnings potential
- Participate in the recruiting process with the appropriate Managers to ensure appropriate levels of sales and service coverage within the district
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership skills and be able to lead, coach, and promote a safety culture that aligns with ChampionX's Goal Zero and You Lead expectations
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Field Operations Manager I and/or Field Operations Manager II and drive engagement of employees at assigned locations to ensure alignment with ChampionX core values
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (may consider 5 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 10+ years of Operations and Distribution experience
- Must be willing/able to travel
- Experience with SAP
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems
- Prior experience that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivation
- Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of Management Experience in Industry
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Oilfield Chemicals Operations with Sales experience in Oilfield operations
