Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator 
📍 Location: Paris - France (initially), then UAE (Dubai – to be confirmed)
📅 Start Date: March - April 2025
📄 Contract Type: Residential


Your Role As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing Human Resources (HR) activities for the Early Infrastructure Works (EIW) and Network Pipelines (NWP), ensuring workforce alignment with project needs and compliance with HR policies. You will be the primary HR contact for project personnel, contractors, and stakeholders, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, company policies, and H3SE standards.
✅ Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
✅ Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR reports.
✅ Oversee employee relations, address workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
✅ Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
✅ Facilitate training programs and support career development initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
🎓 Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
📅 Experience: Minimum 6 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a multicultural project environment (preferably in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects).
🛠 Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Proficiency in HR management systems and training methodologies.
🌍 Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
💡 Soft Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
